A 24-hour, confidential telephone service that provides professional information, counselling, referral and advice to anyone concerned about a family member's alcohol or drug use. Callers can also opt to speak with another parent who has had similar experiences for support & assistance 7 days a week from 8am until 9.30pm.

A 24-hour, seven day- a- week state-wide health advice line. You should always try to contact your regular doctor first. But if they're not available, HealthDirect's experienced nurses will provide immediate professional advice on how urgent your problem is and what to do about it.

Sexual Assault Resource Centre (SARC)

A sexual assault service that can assist any person, female or male, aged 13 years and over to deal with their needs, whether they are immediate or longer term.

General media enquiries can be submitted to WA Country Health Service between 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday via WACHS Communications.

Only media enquiries of an emergency nature or where an urgent patient condition report is required will be responded to out of hours and on the weekend.
