What is an innovation pilot?
An innovation pilot is a small-scale test of a new healthcare idea, technology, or process designed to improve patient care. These pilots allow us to evaluate the effectiveness of new approaches before implementing them more broadly. As a patient or carer, you may have the opportunity to participate in these pilots and provide feedback.
How you can get involved
