Have your say on school health services in WA (closes 8 June)

Child and Adolescent Community Health, in collaboration with the WA Country Health Service, is undertaking a review to identify opportunities to develop and strengthen the community health nursing services provided to school age children.

You are invited to complete a short survey (external link) to help us understand what is important to you, what is working well and what could be made better.

This survey is open to all parents and carers of children and young people aged 3 to 18.

Your answers will be anonymous and it won’t be possible to identify you or your child.
