Important changes to public COVID-19 testing clinics in Broome and Bunbury
Rapid Antigen Tests (RATs) are a quick, accurate and accessible way to test for COVID-19. They are a vital tool in protecting the community from COVID-19.
Given the availability of free RAT kits, COVID-19 testing clinics at Broome Health Campus and Bunbury Regional Hospital will close on Friday 28 October.
Anyone with symptoms is encouraged to continue testing for COVID-19 using RATs, which have been provided free of charge across all seven regions through the WA free RAT program.
If your RAT is positive, stay home and look after yourself.
If you test negative on a RAT and you think you may still have COVID-19, test again after 24 hours and stay home until your symptoms clear.
PCR testing is available at pathology clinics. Please contact your local provider for more information.
