Wheatbelt Disability Access and Inclusion Workplan 2024-2025

As a part of the development of the new WA Country Health Service Wheatbelt Disability Access and Inclusion Workplan 2024-2025, we want to hear from Wheatbelt residents about how we can improve access and reduce barriers to our services.

Your contributions will help us to develop an effective plan that promotes inclusivity for our communities now and into the future.
