Tender for major regional health projects goes live

A tender for five significant infrastructure projects aimed at bolstering health services in the Kimberley and Pilbara has been released on Tenders WA.

The tender incorporates two packages for contractors to bid, which include the following Cook Government priority projects:

• Halls Creek Renal Service;
• Broome Renal Hostel;
• Broome Step Up/Step Down facility;
• Hedland Health Campus Magnetic Resonance Imaging; and
• South Hedland Step Up/Step Down facility.

The projects are being bundled together to create a more attractive package for contractors, while streamlining Government processes.

It also builds a sustainable pipeline of works in regional WA.  

This tender allows the successful contractors to apply their regional experience and knowledge in the design and construction of each project.

The tender is available on Tenders WA and closes on 11 October.
