Tender awarded for new 100-bay Albany Health Campus car park

Devlyn Construction has been announced as the managing contractor for the $2 million expansion of the Albany Health Campus car park, with construction expected to get underway in the coming weeks.

The car park expansion will see an additional 100 bays added to the site.

The additional bays will give staff, patients and visitors more capacity and choice of location when parking on-site.

Works are expected to begin in February 2025 and have been planned to minimise impact to patients, visitors and staff throughout the construction period and follow the recent $4 million upgrade to the special care nursery at Albany Health Campus.

The project also includes new wayfinding, pathways and crosswalks, as well as CCTV and security lighting.
