Laverton Hospital Community Open Day 24 September

The new Laverton Hospital will open its doors to the local community for an open day ahead of becoming operational next month.

On Thursday 24 September, Laverton residents will be among the first to take a guided tour through the new hospital, highlighting new and expanded facilities including:

• A modern, telehealth-equipped emergency department
• Contemporary outpatient and ambulatory care facilities
• Specialist facilities for visiting clinicians and virtual care appointments
• Space for an onsite private GP clinic
• Community, mental, allied and child health services
• Ambulance access

With services set to transition to the new facility in the following weeks, the site will be a one-stop-shop for healthcare for the Laverton community for years to come.
